Achtung! : some bad news... [minori-osu] dropped the ZNT3.... so only [eclipse] subbing it at the moment.... but it seems [eclipse] focused on code geass r2... so ZNT3 wont be update regularly.....

for koihime, menclave is subbing it but they are very slow. good quality though.
